With over 25 years’ experience in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, Omega Developments specialises in projects across Stourbridge and the South West Midlands that combine technical precision with considered design.
Based in Stourbridge and working mainly within a fifteen-mile radius, we complete around twenty-five projects each year. This deliberately measured workload allows us to focus properly on each home, each family and each finish, rather than rushing from project to project.
Our work is fully managed from initial consultation through to completion. From structural preparation and services coordination through to the final trim detail, every stage is approached with the same principle in mind: the result should feel balanced, refined and built to last.
Alongside our core refurbishments, we also create bespoke interior features: media walls, integrated storage, custom cabinetry and detailed lighting solutions, often designed to complement and elevate the main renovation.
We do not approach projects as simple installations. We approach them as long-term improvements to the homes people live in every day.

How We Work
Every project begins with clarity.
An initial home visit allows us to understand the space, your expectations and the practical requirements of the refurbishment. From there, we prepare a structured proposal outlining scope, timeline and cost so that nothing is left uncertain before work begins.
Bathroom refurbishments in Stourbridge and surrounding areas are typically completed within approximately two weeks. Kitchen refurbishments usually take between two and three weeks. These timeframes are realistic, not optimistic, and are discussed openly from the outset.
A key part of every project is consistent on-site management. From planning through to daily presence during installation, there is one clear point of contact overseeing each stage. Coordination of trades, sequencing and finishing standards are controlled throughout.
We limit the number of projects undertaken each year so that communication remains direct, schedules remain controlled and the standard of finish is never compromised.
Our role is to coordinate, manage and deliver, ensuring each stage flows smoothly into the next.
Working in Your Home
Nearly all of our projects take place in occupied family homes. That affects how we work.
Protection systems are installed before work begins, including floor coverings, surface sheeting and temporary screening where appropriate. We work structured hours, maintain essential access wherever possible and plan each phase carefully to reduce unnecessary disruption.
Respect for your home is not an afterthought. It is part of the process. Clean downs are carried out daily and particular care is taken with finishing details, from precision mitred trim work to final decorative touches.

Our kitchen refurbishments combine practical reconfiguration, coordinated services and refined detailing. We manage all aspects of the project, from flooring and electrics through to cabinetry, worktops and decorative finishes, ensuring that the space functions efficiently and feels cohesive. Daily project management ensures sequencing remains tight and standards remain consistent throughout.
Associated building works, structural alterations or window replacements can also be discussed where required as part of a wider refurbishment.
Temporary kitchen arrangements can be discussed where required, and projects are structured to maintain essential services wherever possible. The result is a kitchen that works as hard as it looks, built around how you actually live.
Bathroom Refurbishments
From compact cloakrooms to full master bathrooms, each bathroom refurbishment is carefully planned and executed. Most projects are completed within approximately two weeks, including flooring, ceiling, decoration and all associated services.
Attention to detail is central, particularly in the finishing stages, where alignment, trim work and installation precision define the final result. The aim is a bathroom that feels calm, considered and durable enough for everyday use.
Bespoke Interior Projects
In addition to our core refurbishment work, we design and construct bespoke interior features that add individuality and function to a home.
Media walls with integrated lighting, storage niches, custom cabinetry, detailed trim work and creative functional solutions are often incorporated into larger projects, though they can also standalone where required. Practical enhancements, including discreet security upgrades where appropriate, can also be incorporated.
These elements are not decorative afterthoughts. They are considered additions that enhance the overall design and usability of a space.

A statement freestanding matt bath is the luxury focal feature, while elements like the electrically-heated towel rail adds both style and practicality.
