For over 25 years, our core focus has been kitchens and bathrooms. We complete an average of approximately twenty-five carefully managed projects each year, many for returning customers. By limiting the number of projects undertaken annually, we ensure communication remains direct, schedules remain controlled and finishing standards are never compromised.

 

Every bathroom project is approached as a complete transformation, not simply a replacement of fixtures. From structural preparation and waterproofing through to final decorative detailing, the entire process is managed in-house, with daily on-site oversight and a single point of responsibility throughout.

What's Included in a Full Bathroom Renovation 

 

A full bathroom refurbishment typically includes:

  • Initial consultation and site survey

  • Design input and layout planning

Step Three

Installation & On-Site Management

Bathroom refurbishments are typically completed within approximately two weeks, working Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. These timeframes are realistic, not optimistic, and are discussed openly at the planning stage.

​Hot and cold running water is restored each evening wherever possible. If the property has only one toilet, arrangements are made to ensure it remains usable at the end of each working day.

​There is one clear point of contact overseeing daily progress, coordinating trades and maintaining finishing standards throughout.

Design & Planning

A structured proposal is prepared outlining timeline, scope and cost so that nothing is uncertain before work begins.

Completion & Handover

Protection is removed, detailing is reviewed and the space is prepared carefully for use.

 

The final stage focuses on refinement and finish.

Working in your Home

 

Nearly all our projects take place in occupied family homes. That shapes how we operate.

 

Protection systems are installed before work begins, including self-adhesive floor protection, surface sheeting and temporary screening products where appropriate. Careful preparation prevents unnecessary disruption or damage.

 

Structured weekday working hours are maintained. Clean-downs are carried out daily, with work areas vacuumed and left orderly at the end of each stage.

 

These projects generate significant waste. Skip arrangements are discussed and organised as part of project planning unless otherwise agreed.

We carry £1m public liability insurance, with certification available on request.
