What do we do, and where do we do it?

Our company manages and carries out transformations of kitchens and bathrooms.

We work across the south West Midlands and popular areas we work in, including their surrounding areas are Kings Norton, Bournville, Northfield, Stourbridge, Pedmore, Norton, Hagley, Alvechurch, Harborne, Blackwell, Solihull, Moseley, and Barnt Green.

We typically complete a full bathroom or kitchen refurbishment which takes approximately two weeks. Additional rooms are sometimes part of the project such as ensuites, cloakroom toilets, utility rooms, etc. Tying such rooms together usually works to bring costs down as we are already set up to work and external trades, skips, etc. can be combined.

Kitchens are usually stand-alone projects, but these too can be part of a larger refurbishment.

Whatever the scale of the work, a clear plan is set with our customers with good communication from the onset.

Most of our work is completed within occupied and family homes.

The process will normally include full design, supply, and installation throughout. Our customers can be as involved or removed as they wish about all aspects of the work. We don't need guiding or managing but customer input and influence are very-much incorporated. We construct an objective based on individual needs and requirements and then carry it out accurately, on schedule, and within budget. Numerous brands are at our disposal and we are not tied to any showroom with any sales agenda.

Every space we create I personally imagine being in it, owning it, using it, enjoying it. That immersion coupled with extensive experience drives an authentic spearhead for this company helping us to achieve the results you see.

It's quite personal.

We offer tailored levels of luxury covering the complete package to suit all requirements. Experienced and skilled, we will manage your project with confidence and care.

All you have to worry about is not running out of bubble bath!

Luxury Kitchen Case Study. Summer 2023

This project had been in the pipeline for years. We first met Martin back in 2016 when we completed a very special bathroom for him. We discussed the kitchen back then but the timing had to wait. When I revisited to start talks back up the space had been expanded and some electrical works done but the area had been stripped and left like a building site for years. The project grew to include the hallway, downstairs cloakroom, utility area built in the garage, security enhancements, conservatory refurbishment, glass stair balustrades, landing woodwork, sun tunnel, two bedrooms, and an ensuite! We were there for fourteen weeks from summer to winter 2023. Martin was a fantastic host and we maintained an ideal working relationship throughout this huge project. We’ve kept in close contact since with various little add-ons or just general updates on how he uses the area. Like his bathroom, this kitchen had to have a ‘Wow’ factor. The floor was stripped back to the concrete slab, waste, water, heating, and power integrated throughout before being leveled, matted, and underfloor heating installed before being leveled again. Finished in matt white 600mm x 600mm porcelain. The gorgeous German-styled kitchen comprised a wall of units housing two full-height fridge freezers, a fan oven/air fryer, and a microwave oven. Copious storage surrounds them and Sonos speakers mounted atop with mood lights top and bottom to frame the area. The island was a feat of imagination and functionality. A goal post design boasting a beautiful 50mm Corian worktop over six metres long! Within this huge surface holds two full-size sinks with stainless bases, a Quooker pull-out tap with all the extras – boiling, filtered, chilled, and sparkling, his ‘n’ hers ice troughs, pop-up wireless charging stations with multiple plug and USB ports. A large five-ring induction hob with a fantastic, clean downdraught feature provides perfect visual open space but with ample extraction capability. Underneath this shroud of swirling white solid surface lies huge pan drawers dominating one side, with spacious cupboards along the other with mood lights spanning each length, of course fully adjustable to suit tastes. An integrated dishwasher hides away to take care of essentials, and a full-width wine cooler sits proudly at the other end and takes care of other essentials! My favourite feature which was an afterthought is the housing of a Sonos subwoofer inside the cavity between the wine cooler and the main island underneath the seating area. Using offcuts and some spare shelves we created a mood-lit, see-through feature niche and base tunnel to behold! The media wall was plastered to suit the glorious floating line of cupboard units perfectly. Mood-lit below to match the room and within them, they provide more storage but importantly include numerous (neatly housed) network hubs, main router, power outlets for all the many devices, smart home switches, and junction boxes allowing for any future adaptation of how the room works. Capped in the same Corian worktop it’s the perfect complement to that huge island. Slated wall and smart TV all with responsive mood lights to the screen, and a Sonos Beam to literally rattle the whole room! A powerhouse of designer heating keeps this space toasty. Lighting in a room like this is impeccably important. The spotlights in the ceiling are all dimmable Philips Hue Ambience bulbs so they can change from warm white (2700k) to ice white (6000k) they are activated by a lux-sensitive motion sensor and are turned on to suit the (up to) ten light configurations throughout the day and night. The feature drop lights over the island and the strip mood lights of the room are all powered by Philips Hue sockets so can be controlled from one app on your smartphone. There is a manual override dimmer switch dial mounted on the wall for the retro fans. Next to this is an Alexa Show 15. The feature technology assistant for the room projects its incredibly capable home automation ability for its users. Endless features including music requests, weather alerts, verbal lighting control, recipes, to-do lists, reminders, timers, and security camera feeds, fit perfectly in this truly contemporary custom design and built beating heart of this magnificent home – also known as the kitchen. Martin’s kitchen.

Luxury Bathroom Case Study. Spring 2023

This master ensuite was part of a large and high-spec, twin remodel in Harvington. The owner was finishing a full-building refurbishment on the property and wanted a strong statement to suit. It couldn't be too masculine and equal appeal to a 'His & Hers' themed space. I took that and set to work. The building was old with a cottage/barn-type feel. Situated in Harvington and surrounded by countryside I suggested earthly colours with contemporary features. The matt green fitted furniture from Calypso was perfect. Plenty of storage and premium quality. Atop this was a 30mm quartz surface, custom cut to fit perfectly. It's simply exquisite with the matt sunken basin within. The wall-mounted Durovit toilet has underlights fully automated with the main lighting control. The lighting is by Philips Hue. A motion sensor can be configured for up to ten scenes based on activation times throughout the day. All lights in the ceiling, shower wall, and niches can be dimmed and temperature shade adjusted to suit tastes. These can be ap-programmed but there is also a manual, multi-function dimmer switch for total physical control. The Alexa unit can also control all the lighting, as well as music, tasks, etc. The shower area is divided by a custom hinged door and side panels leading into the wetroom floor. Another custom made componant providing a neat 2.3m tray former with a unique double-linear drain design instead of the normal envelope angled cuts. Each side has its own digital shower, two-outlet showerheads with remote controls by Vado meaning you can set the shower to your desired temperature before entry. In the centre is a handheld joint mixer shower outlet. A huge lit, feature shower niche serves the area with a satin, solid surface shelf for a crisp, low-maintenance platform. The gorgeous plantation hexagonal porcelain tiles really compliment the surrounding slate/dark stone/iron-feel porcelain tiles. The floor tiles are again porcelain 600mm square, and the whole area is kind-underfoot due to electric underloor heating by Warmup, digitally and remotely controlled by their newest, most sleekest thermostat yet. Not wanting to waste any valuable space we included a feature lit towel niche with glass shelf to really give that luxury look. The freestanding bath is by Ademsez and a classy matt finish was picked. The brassware throughout is by Crosswater. Fully designed and project-managed by us from start to finish. Timescale - 3 weeks.
